We use GLS parcel service and your purchase always comes with a tracking number so you know where to find it.

    R E T U R N

    You can always return items you have ordered from us. You have 14 days to return orders from the day you received the purchase. When we receive your returned order, your refund will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. 

    Please follow these 3 simple steps: 

    1. Email us at with your order number within 14 days from the day you received the goods. Please wait for a confirmation
    2. Leave a note together with the returned item including your 1) order number 2) name, address and phone number. Items must be returned new, unused, unwashed and in original packaging with all tags still attached
    3. Send the items you would like to return to:

    IMPORTANT: We do not receive good sent per COD or to parcel shop.

    When returning the order, please make sure that all items are properly wrapped. You are responsible for the parcel/items until we receive them. We recommend that you save your receipt/track and trace number.

    Returns that are missing tags, damaged or worn will not be processed and will not be returned to sender.

    DANSKK will not cover the shipping cost for returned goods.  

    In case an item is not picked up in the parcel shop or the buyer refuse to receive the order, the buyer is charged the same cost as is if he was returning the item.
