These terms and conditions apply to orders placed through danskk.com.
danskk.com reserves the right for sold out items, longer delivery times, price changes and errors on the website.
Orders and payment
danskk.com is open 24 hours a day, so you can almost always shop on our site. However, we may close the shop due to maintenance. You can only make purchases when the store is open and available.
To shop at danskk.com, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid credit card that we accept. However, if you have not reached the age of 18, you can still make a purchase if you have gotten your guardian's acceptance.
You choose the items you want to buy and put them in the "Shopping Cart". You can always see the price and number of items in your shopping cart and correct the items in your cart up until the actual payment has been completed.
At danskk.com we accept the following payment methods
All prices on danskk.com include VAT.
When you are ready to order, click "Cart" and "Check Out". You will be asked to enter your name, address, email, phone number and preferred form of payment. You can change the contents of the shopping cart until you confirm your purchase. Your order will now be processed at danskk.com.
The payment of the order will be withdrawn from our account when your order is shipped from our warehouse.
Order and shipping confirmation
Once you have placed an order with us, you will receive an email stating that we have received your order. However, the actual purchase agreement is only made once you receive an order confirmation from us.
danskk.com cooperates with the logistics company DDP Denmark ApS. They handle packing, shipping, returns, etc. for danskk.com. The logistics company primarily uses GLS Parcel Service as a delivery partner and both parties strongly focus on fast delivery and good service, so your order is picked and packed the day or following week day of placing it.
14 days return
According to the Danish Consumer Authority, you have the right to 14 days of return from the day you receive your order when making a purchase online. If the 14th day falls on a public holiday, Constitution day, Christmas or New Year's Day, the deadline for returning the goods expires on the following week day.
Items must be returned new, unused, unwashed and in original packaging with all tags still attached so they can be resold as new items. Please notice that we are quite strict about returned items. Make sure the items have not been in any form of contact with cigarette smoke, animals, etc. as we will then consider the item as used. This means that in case of refunds, you will receive a reduced amount or nothing at all, depending on the assessed value of the product.
We consider used items to be of no value if it has been tried more than what is possible in a physical store, and the deterioration will be considered 99.99%.
You can always return items you have ordered from us. You have 14 days to return orders from the day you received the purchase. When we receive your returned order, your refund will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase.
Please follow these 3 simple steps:
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number within 14 days from the day you received the goods. Please wait for a confirmation
- Leave a note together with the returned item including your 1) order number 2) name, address and phone number. Items must be returned new, unused, unwashed and in original packaging with all tags still attached
- Send the items you would like to return to:

IMPORTANT: We do not receive good sent per COD or to parcel shop.
When returning the order, please make sure that all items are properly wrapped. You are responsible for the parcel/items until we receive them. We recommend that you save your receipt/track and trace number.
Returns that are missing tags, damaged or worn will not be processed and will not be returned to sender.
DANSKK will not cover the shipping cost for returned goods.
In case an item is not picked up in the parcel shop or the buyer refuse to receive the order, the buyer is charged the same cost as is if he was returning the item.
Warranty - if an item has a defect
All items purchased on danskk.com comes with a two-year warranty against defects in material and workmanship found in the normal use of the product.
Your purchase is covered by the purchase act which ensures this two-year guarantee. This means that you can return an item for either repair, exchange, refund or discount depending on the specific situation.
When you return the item, please indicate in detail what the problem is. When returning the item, please make sure it is properly wrapped as you are responsible for the parcel/item until we receive it.
The warranty does not cover errors, damage or wear, directly or indirectly caused by improper use, poor maintenance or other damaging behavior of the product. If you notice a defect you should notify us as soon as possible, but no later than two months after you received your order.

In case of complaints, we will refund a reasonable shipping fee for returning the item to us. Otherwise shipping and handling costs are not refundable. We may charge you up to DKK 500 for analysis of the item.
Please note that we can not refund VAT for customers living outside EU (including the Faroe Islands and Greenland) as this is a very time-consuming and manual process.
